  • Doc Type: FL = full legal; ML = multi loans being released; RM = no legal
  • Main Addendum ID: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • R Contract Date: The Date the release originated.
  • R Document Number: The number referencing the document.
  • R Page Number: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • Mtg Contract Date: The Date the mortgage originated.
  • Mtg Book Number: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • Mtg Lender: The name of the lender who generated the loan.
  • Loan Number: The loan number being released
  • Document: The type of document. (AM stands for Assignment of Mortgage & MS Multiple Loans being Assigned).
  • Recording Date: The Date the Mortgage Assignment was recorded.
  • Page Number: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • MERS MIN Number: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • Borrower Name: The name(s) of the borrower(s) on the loan.
  • Borrower City: Mailing address of the property; may or may not be the property
  • Borrower Zip: Mailing address of the property; may or may not be the property
  • MultiPin: This indicates whether or not there are multiple PIN Numbers.
  • Property City: The city of the property used as collateral for the mortgage.
  • Property Zip: The zip code for the property used as collateral for the mortgage.
  • Census Average Income: A number that reflect a median household income, not an average of the census tract area.
  • RIS Input Date: This is the date the record was typed into Record Information Services' database. Not to be confused with the date of transaction, or date of record.
  • Telephone Number: The telephone number for the borrower of the mortgage, if available.
  • Borrower First Name: The first name of the borrower on the loan.
  • Borrower Last Name: The last name of the borrower on the loan.
  • DOB Year: The year the borrower was born.
  • Census Block: Census blocks are statistical areas bounded by visible features such as roads, streams, etc. and by nonvisible boundary lines which are the building blocks for all geographic boundaries.

  • R Recording Date: The date the mortgage release was recorded.
  • M Payoff Date: The due date of the mortgage.

  • Mtg Recording Date: The date the mortgage was originally recorded.
  • Mtg Document Number: The document number assigned to the original mortgage.
  • Mtg Page Number: see assignment record explanation for this field
  • Original Mortgage Amount: The original dollar amount of the mortgage.
  • Current Lender: The name of the new mortgage servicer.
  • Borrower Address: The mailing address of the borrower on the loan.
  • Borrower State: The mailing state of the borrower on the loan.
  • Property Identification Number: Also known as Permanent Index Number or Parcel Number, this is the number assigned to parcels of property by the tax assessor for purposes of identification of record-keeping.
  • Property Address: The address of the property used as collateral for the mortgage.
  • Property State: The state of the property used as collateral for the mortgage.
  • County: The County where the property used as collateral for the mortgage is located.
  • Census Age: The median age is identified by using the census block as a benchmark which reflects a more accurate picture of a geographic area.
  • Do Not Call: If there is a phone number on the record, and the individual is on the Do Not Call List, then you will see a Y for Yes.
  • Longitude Coordinates: The geographic longitude coordinates.
  • Latitude Coordinates: The geographic latitude coordinates.
  • Borrower Middle Name: The middle name of the borrower.
  • DOB: The date of birth of the borrower.
  • Census Tract: The census is conducted by the US Census Bureau every 10 years. It identifies certain geographic areas by census tract and census block. The census track reflects median numbers when it comes to age and income. It is a generalization about a specific area, not by any means an exact science or number.
  • DB ID Number: A number assigned to this particular record by RECORD INFORMATION SERVICES for identification purposes.
  • Y: The latitude coordinates for this property.
  • X: The longitude coordinates for this property.
